DEVELOPMENTAL DELAY WAIVER

(DD) SERVICE PROGRAM

  • This waiver also requires that the applicant be qualified for Medicaid:

    •  If an individual’s income is over $1,100/month, there may be a fee associated with these services. (A single person must hold less than $2,000 in liquid assets.)

    •  Please be reminded that to pass a screening, (done by the local DSS) social work and nurse team in the applicant’s home or by local hospital staff when an applicant is an in-patient, and is a person who has nursing-home level of care needs.
