COMMUNITY EDUCATION At the beginning of this year, The Arc of Northern Virginia received a mini-grant from Virginia Assistive Technology Systems (VATS). It was our task to plan and implement the upstart for a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Recycling Program in Northern Virginia. A committee of professionals had laid the groundwork the previous year.
